The Canal Club has two separate Conferencing
Rooms available for your meetings, seminars, conferences, expo's, all types of group
gatherings, from smaller groups to larger groups up to 200 guests. The Canal Club is open
year round for all your conferencing needs. (based on availability)
Bourne Room is a bright room with a beautiful
view of the Bourne Bridge ~ The room can accommodate up to 50 guests, depending on the
set-up requested.
Sagamore Room is a large, tastefully designed
function room, that can be used for larger conferencing needs ~ The room can accommodate
up to 200 guests, depending on the set-up requested.
The Canal Club Conferencing Rooms
Include:
- Room set-up
- Banquet Tables and/or Conference Tables and Chairs
- White Table Skirts for Head Table and for the Food and Beverage Table
- Ice Water Service

The Canal Club has a full service food and
beverage menu available for your meetings. The menus ranges from fresh brewed coffee with
continental breakfast, deli sandwich buffets for lunch, appetizers and hor'dourves, and
plated entrees and dinner buffets. The Canal Club would be happy to work with your
group arranging a menu within your budget. All food and beverage orders need to be place
seven business days prior to the event. All food and beverage must be provided by the Canal
Club and consumed on premise.

Upstairs from the Canal Club is the
Trowbridge Tavern & Ale House. The tavern is open daily for lunch
and dinner seven days a week. Conferencing groups can make reservations with the Tavern, based
on availability, for groups up to twenty five people.
The Canal Club can rent any Audio Visual
Equipment your company might need for your event, including setting up all the
arrangements. Please allow one week prior to your event date, to order any AV equipment.
