Pricing
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. The Canal Club will guarantee all contracted food and beverage prices 90 days prior to the event. All prices are subject to a 5% Massachusetts Sales Tax and a 18% Service charge.

Room Rental
A room charge is assessed for all functions, and will vary based upon the type of function, the number of guests, and time of the year. The function rooms are reserved up to five hours for a reception. A charge will be applied for additional time, and must be previously arranged with your function coordinator. Ceremonies preformed on premises are subject to an additional charge.

Deposits and Payment
A non refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time for use of the room. The Canal Club requires an initial deposit of, half of the room rental charge, a credit card may be used for this deposit. The second deposit of $1000.00 is due sixty days prior to the event. A final payment for all estimated charges are due 14 days prior to the event.

Details for the Event
Menu selections, room requirements and all other arrangements must be finalized with your function coordinator at least four weeks prior to the event, to ensure the proper handling of all details. The service and sale of alcoholic beverages is solely to be provided by The Canal Club - no personal alcoholic beverages are to be brought into the function area, and all alcoholic beverages must be consumed on premises. All food must be provided by The Canal Club and consumed on premises. Wedding cakes are exempt from this policy.

Liability
The Canal Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. The Canal Club cannot assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property and/or equipment brought onto the premises. The Canal Club Corp., as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises, in accordance with Massachusetts State Liquor Regulations. Therefore, the Canal Club reserves the right to refuse the sale and/or service of alcoholic beverages to anyone attending the event.
