includes at least Three Stations, two of which, must be Carving Stations.
Soup and Salad Station
Your guests will help
themselves to two soups and
three salads of your choosing. Fresh baked
rolls
and butter are served.
Stir Fry Station
Your guests will create
their own special dish by
choosing different sauces and ingredients. A
Chef
will stir fry oriental vegetables and spices with beef,
shrimp or chicken. Stir fry dishes are
accompanied
with fried rice.
Pasta Station
A Chef will create pasta
dishes with your guests
choosing from a selection of sauces and pastas.
